01. About these terms
These terms describe use of ChrryModz at chrrymodz.store and the digital products listed on it. You can create an account, review your orders and pay through Trybit. Contact support through the linked Discord channel for product delivery and order assistance.
02. Using the website
You may browse product information and contact support. You must have the legal capacity required for any transaction you enter into; where applicable, a parent or guardian must provide the required consent. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false payment information or use another person’s credentials.
03. Product information and access
Review the product description, access period, compatibility requirements and activation conditions before ordering. An invite and a 30-day subscription are separate access options; neither implies benefits beyond those explicitly stated at checkout. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, digital access does not transfer ownership of the software or authorise resale, redistribution or sharing of keys.
04. Orders and payments
The checkout shows the selected product, total price, currency, payment method and delivery conditions before confirmation. A payment is not confirmed merely because a browser returns to the website. Do not pay through unofficial messages or send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or one-time banking codes to support. Any recurring billing must be separately disclosed and expressly authorised.
05. Delivery and technical assistance
After payment confirmation, contact support with your invoice number to obtain your key and activation instructions. If access is missing or cannot be activated, contact support with the order reference and a description of the issue. Remove sensitive information from screenshots and logs. Support will assess the issue and communicate the available resolution; no specific response time is promised unless stated in the order conditions.
06. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are considered under applicable law and the actual order circumstances, including non-delivery, duplicate payment, material defects and inaccurate product information. Showing or activating a key does not automatically remove rights that the law protects. Where a refund is due, it is normally returned through the original payment method; bank and provider processing times may vary. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund policy or allow statutory deadlines to be extended at will.
07. Third-party software and game rules
ChrryModz is independent of game developers and publishers. Third-party software may breach game rules and lead to loss of access, progress or accounts. A displayed status such as UNDETECTED is a product status label, not a guarantee against future detection or bans. Software updates, game updates and device differences can affect compatibility. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
08. Access restrictions
Access may be restricted to address a security incident, substantiated misuse or a legal requirement. Where reasonably possible, the reason and review process should be communicated to the affected user. Restrictions do not automatically permit confiscation of prepaid funds or cancellation of mandatory refund rights.
09. Privacy and external services
Accounts store your username, email and a password hash. Orders store your email, selected products and payment status. Secure session cookies keep you signed in, and browser storage retains your cart and display currency. Trybit handles cryptocurrency payments. Hosting services may process technical request information. Google Fonts is used for typography, and Help links to Discord; those providers apply their own terms and privacy practices. Contact support if you need assistance accessing or deleting your account information.
10. Changes and resolving questions
Material changes should be published with a new revision date. New terms do not retrospectively remove rights under completed orders. Contact ChrryModz through the linked Discord support channel for questions or order issues. Mandatory consumer protections and lawful complaint or court routes remain available; these terms do not force all disputes into an unidentified jurisdiction.
